École Ducasse is in a contemporary building in Nai Lert Park, Bangkok - an unusual place for an Alain Ducasse cooking school. I was the only student over a two-day course, which meant I had the best personalized experience possible. The teaching kitchen was professional, and from the tutelage I really got a sense of why Ducasse’s approach to food is different from others.
