A Trip to Provence

We visited the expanded and newly renovated Château de Beaucastel in the Provence/Rhône region of France. The winery had not yet been officially reopened. Walking through the buildings designed by Studio Mumbai, with its use of natural and local materials to reflect the vineyard's terroir, gave me a completely different understanding of what an interior of a winery could look like.
